Every economic vision and enterprise develops an anthropology that’s lays inside them. That is why it is so important to know it in each specific company and case. In this essay we try to suggest a particular and practical method, which may help to think about this question inside ours´ organizations. The main key of this method is to show the great value of the person, and of human dignity for a development based on her freedom and creativity. |
