The genesis of relational thinking of Romano Guardini

Resumen:

El autor ofrece varias claves para comprender la génesis, el espíritu y el alcance del pensamiento de Guardini. Entre tales claves figuran las siguientes: 1) La veta mística, que explica su cultivo del recogimiento, la oración, su definición de la oración como ir a Dios con toda el alma, su interpretación del rezo del rosario como una forma de contemplación; 2) la atención preferente a lo concreto-viviente, por ser el lugar de la creatividad; 3) la vinculación de la creatividad y la superación de ciertas paradojas y oposiciones; 4) la adivinación de que cada nivel de realidad posee su lógica propia; 5) la necesidad de tratar a las personas e interpretar los acontecimientos en conformidad con la lógica propia de cada nivel. De estas claves y otras afines se deriva, en buena medida, la fecundidad del pensamiento de Guardini y su influencia entre un público amplio y heterogéneo..

The author offers several keys to understanding the genesis, the spirit and scope of Guardini’s thought: 1) The mystical streak, which explains its cultivation of meditation and prayer, his definition of prayer as going to God with all one’s heart, his interpretation of the Rosary as a way of contemplation; 2) the special attention to the concrete-living, for being the place of creativity, 3) linking creativity with overcoming certain paradoxes and oppositions, 4) the discovery that each level of reality has its own logic, 5) the need to treat people and interpret events in accordance with the logic of each level. From these keys and other related is derived, in good measure, the fecundity of Guardini’s thought and its influence among a broad and heterogeneous public.
